STOP WAITING
START LIVING

An honest, faith‑filled conversation about breaking free from the performance treadmill and choosing to live the life you were created for.

In One Life, Coach Brian extends a personal invitation: stop waiting for “someday” and start truly living—right now. All the lessons, detours, and wake-up calls in his life have led to this one truth: you need to spend time with the people you love most, do the things that light you up, and pack your life with adventure while you still can.

PRACTICAL TOOLS

To reclaim your days

Each chapter ends with “Time Multipliers,” reflection prompts and One Life Action Steps. These simple practices help you carve out space for what matters most and put momentum behind the changes you desire.

WHOLE LIFE APPROACH

On purpose

The chapters are woven together to show how living fully means tending all areas of your life.  You’ll learn how to view money as a tool rather than a master, invest in experiences over possessions, trust God instead of clinging to control, practice generosity, and surround yourself with a community that lifts you up.

stories that speak

To your soul

Through honest, personal stories of love, loss, and big life shifts, Coach Brian makes One Life feel like a conversation with a trusted friend who gets it.

What Prompted Me To Write This Book

I didn’t write this book because I had life all figured out—I wrote it because I almost missed it. For years, I poured myself into work, chasing achievement and security, until a major career shift left me in unfamiliar territory, searching for what was next.

I took a temporary job at a bike shop while I figured things out—and that’s when life hit hard. In 2016, my wife, Kim, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. That season tested everything I believed and forced me to lean on faith in a way I never had before.

The years that followed brought even more perspective—my daughter leaving for college in 2023, my dad passing that same year, and my mom, unexpectedly, in 2025.

Those moments cracked me wide open and made me ask the real questions: What truly matters? Who am I becoming? What will my family remember about me?

God showed me that life isn’t meant to be delayed. One Life is my invitation to you to live with meaning, courage, health, faith, and joy—starting now, not someday.
